Contact the Imageny team
Reach us through the Imageny Discord community. Tell us which screen you were using, what you expected and what happened. Your app version and the time of the issue help us investigate.
Open Imageny DiscordAccount access
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a password reset. If you still cannot sign in, contact us through Discord.
Credits and purchases
On iPhone, open Settings to view Credit Activity or restore Apple purchases. Sign in to the Imageny account you used when making the purchase. Contact us if your credit balance does not match your purchase history.
Privacy and account deletion
You can manage analytics preferences and delete your account in Settings. Our privacy policy explains how account information and your creations are handled.
